Active Backup

The data of your server is being backupped daily to the FirstServed SAN (Storage Area Network). The integrity of your data is optimally guaranteed in case of a server crash of malicious removal of data. You obtain full control of the backup scheme we need to follow.

Hardware Support

Your own server, but without the stress of maintaining it? We will be glad to maintain your server hardware and replace faulty parts.

Software Support

Optionally, you may ask FirstServed for the installation, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting of your software. We offer support for several operating systems and various application software.

Long distance reboot

If your server does not respond, you may choose to restart it by using remote management. We connect your server to our APC Masterswitches that allow you to connect and disconnect the power supply of your server at a single click.

Dedicated Firewall

Extra security for critical applications may be obtained by installing a Dedicated Firewall. FirstServed will configure the firewall according to your personal demands.

Software licences

FirstServed may supply additional software licenses for your server at extremely interesting conditions. Our partner network of soft- and hardware suppliers and our certification as Microsoft Service Provider (SPLA) gives us the possibility to provide you with answers for most of your license questions.
