The Chambre of Commerce tries to stimulate the company life and enhance entrepreneursship by service providing, lobbying and networking.
For the Chambre of Commerce, as member organisation, it is important to stimulate and inform the members and interested people of the activities of the different departments, economical news and financial and juridic information.
FirstServed made it possible for the Chambre of Commerce to easily narrow selections of members and interested visitors, and based on a selection from the content of the website to send out newsletters. The Content Management System that is used on the website allows employees of the Chambre of Commerce to manage the different parts of the website and create additional subsites. By using a mail-dispatching system all subscriptions and other communication of the visitors is sent to the right recipients.

Komatsu produces and distributes machinery for construction- and mining on a worldwide scale.
Komatsu Europe is responsible for the distribution and sales of Komatsu in Europe, Africa and the Middle-East.
Komatsu Europe wished to optimize the management of the distributor network by offering the distributors and active role in the profile updating process.
FirstServed integrated a decentralized application into the existing extranet for management of the distributors.
By giving the distributors the possibility to update their own and their agent information the administrative burdon of Komatsu is seriously reduced. The application uses multiple user authentication levels and allows profile-based access so data integrety is retained.

Suzuki Belgium manages the distribution and promotion of cars and motorcycles of the Japanese manufacturer Suzuki in Belgium.
The previous Suzuki 2 Wheels website was too much focussed on the corporate level and not equally not sufficiently on the consumer.
Suzuki Belgium wanted a serious makeover with the new restyling fo the website.
FirstServed realised a website with a young and playful design that attracts the consumers.
For the management of the many models, accessoires and news on the website, a simple Content Management System was set up. Special attention was made for the gathering of visitor information for the Suzuki newsletters. An additional press only sites is becoming a centralized European library for Suzuki Motorcycle press documents.

Schering AG is a renowned pharmaceutical company, active in over 140 cuontries all over the globe, including Belgium.
Schering wished to give the public site for oral contraception (www.mijnpil.be) a facelift by adding interactive tools.
FirstServed developed some dynamic Flash applications, including a quiz for knowledge about birth control, step-by-step advice in case you forgot to take the contraceptive and a Body Mass Index measuring tool.
By using an administrator tool Schering may change the content of the tools individually without intervatnion. Viral marketing was also integrated: a visitor could invite her friends and inform them about the website.

Roche is a major player in the pharmaceutical and medical-diagnostic sector.
Roche Belgium is responsible for clynical research, marketing and medical information conerning pharmaceutical products in Belgium and Luxembourg.
FirstServed realized the integration and synchronisation of the Roches database of medical practices with the professional website www.xenical.be,
so access could be arranged without manual intervention.
For the public site, www.gezondgewicht.be, an advanced Content Management System was set up for management of newsletters so Roche cuold easily send out mailings to several target groups.

LMS International delivers systems for development of virtual prototypes and testing of physical prototypes on a worldwide scale, to the automotive, aeronal and defense industries. LMS has over 700 employees and is active in more then 17 countries.
LMS International had the challenge to integrate several Internet applications (generated and scattered over several years) in one single system. FirstServed developed a CMS that allows LMS International to manage both the corporate website, local websites, intranet as well as an extranet for sales people.
The system offers complete integration with the internal CRM system of LMS International, so existing client data may be re-used. Several management levels, support for Asian languages, communication with Lotus Notes databases make the CMS a system that seriously increases LMS employee efficiency.
For the promotion of Test.Xpress, the lastest LMS product, a "Guided Tour" needed to be realized. The "Guided Tour" is a full screen animation of video imagery and screen captures that present the product possibilities. To ensure the necessary interactivity, the presentation was imported into Flash and seriously processed. Because the "Guided Tour" had to be available on both CD (PC/Mac) as through streaming on the web, intensive testing was done with several video quality settings and compressions ensuring the optimal conditions between streaming speed and image quality.

Efico has been trading green coffee from all over the world since 1926, and is one of the top ten European players of coffee traders.
Systematic quality assurance and respect for made agreements are the core of the company philosophy.
Efico is also active in the field of sustainable trade and launched its own label in 2005: Efico Foundation.
FirstServed developed a triple language corporate website for Efico that, apart from corporate information, also includes a treasure of documents and numbers and reports on the coffee sector and durable projects that have Efico's close assistance. Thanks to the integration with a Content Management System (CMS) Efico is able to keep the website up-to-date without further IT intervention.
The Efico Foundation website matches the style of the company website closely.
The challenge for the website was to create a global easy to use website with tons of information for several groups of visitors: consumers, coffee roasters, shops and non-governmental organisations. The promotion of the website was set during the start by a supporting Google AdWords advertising campaign.

Coca-Cola Services represents the world's biggest drinks producer in Belgium and is responsible for marketing, promotion and communication concerning the Coca-Cola branded products.
Coca-Cola Services uses the web intensively for marketing of the Coca-Cola products to a target audience between 16-25 years. Two aspects are important: creating a solid brand image at the target audience and gathering personal data for later usage in marketing campaigns.
Coke Light - The Spotlight is a website where visitors can vote on seductive videos recorded at clubs. In order to optimally use the interactive possibilities of the website, visitors are requested to enter their personal data. By using viral marketing the visitor rate increases and the target audience expands. FirstServed did the technical programmation of the website, made the collecting of data a success and created extensive data management. The project was realized for Amphion Interactive Media.

Grensverleggend Ondernemen's main goal is to give students from economical study gruops the possibility to get a training place in an foreign company.
FirstServed built a database with training places where companies may publish the available training places and schools and students may search for a training place. The website has - next to the public part - an extensive administrative management tool, responsible for the measurements of success rate of the projects by the responsible people and further analyse the quality and quantity of the current offers.

Bike Design Benelux is a distributor specialized in the distribution of optical and technical tuning accessories for motorcycles.
Through the dealer network created over the years, Bike Design Benelux exclusively sends products to more than 900 motorcycle dealers.
Bike Design Benelux wishes to use the internet zo streamline the sales processes by creating a new communication channel towards end users and stimulate the sales towards official Bike Design Benelux dealers.
The solution of FirstServed was built around three major levels: product management was simplified by using a centralized product catalog, both usable internally as for feeding of different websites. New sales channels were created by revamping the website with a e-shopping department. The sales process was automized by using DealerNet, a secure website where motorcycle dealers can place their orders, check product availability and read exclusive dealer news.
