A decent service offer is one thing, but what we really focus on is after sales support. FirstServed means no endless phone menus to run through, expensive call numbers to dial or minutes of on-hold music while you wait for the answers to your question.

Our employees are always available for all your questions and practical problems. The right technical person will be at your disposal in an instance. As a FirstServed customer you are not known to us as a "number" but you may enjoy a personal contact.

Support is brought to you both by e-mail and phone. E-mail communication isn't - just as with phone support - placed in a queue or on hold! Our fast response times make sure you will often get an answer to your question the minute after you sent it. If we do not find an answer to your question immediatly it will get priority and while we search for a solution you will be kept up to date at various moments so you may track down your problem.
