The FirstServed Dedicated Server hosting already contains lots of features in its standard form. If you would like to get even more out of your dedicated server service, you may extend your server with the following services.

FirstServed Integral Backup

Your server comes standard with FirstServed Easy Backup. If you need more flexibility and would like to use a complete backup schedule with data retention, the FirstServed Integral Backup is the best solution.

The data of your dedicated server is backupped daily by FirstServed with a specific backup software and is stored to the appropriate volume on the FirstServed Storage Area Network (SAN).

The size of this volume depends on the chosen backup formula. If your data takes more space then the volume you have ordered, the backup will continue and you will be contacted by one of our employees with the question to move to a higher backup volume.
FirstServed uses a backup schedule with two complete full backups and in the periods in between daily incremental backups.

The incremental backup will copy data added that day. By combining the full backup and incremental backup you can only loose 24 hours of data, the integrity of your data is guaranteed.

FirstServed Integral Backup starts at 560 euro per month.

Crystal clear Service Levels

The default service level included with every FirstServed Dedicated Server already offers the necessary guarantees in case of trouble. If you would like to have even quicker interventions, you may opt for additional Service Levels with faster response times and higher server uptime guarantees.

By choosing a specific Service Level Agreement formula you know beforehand what service and support to expect. Certain services are already included at our entry-level SLA since we believe certain support must be included by default, you can't offer a decent server without it!

Dedicated Firewall

By default, your dedicated server is connected to the FirstServed Firewall infrastructure. This redundant firewall setup takes care of a high-grade security and protection of your dedicated server. You are reading it correctly: even our entry-level servers are protected by a hardware firewall.
If you are looking for a standalone firewall solution with even more flexibility towards VPN access you may extend your dedicated server subscription with a FirstServed Dedicated Firewall service.

FirstServed Server Templates

A FirstServed dedicated server hosting is suited for a broad spectrum of specific server templates. During the installation of your dedicated server you may point out what kind of server you would like to have.
This can go from an allround server with shared functionality (mail, http, ftp) to specific ‘topic’ servers.
