To make your life easier, your Dedicated Server Hosting may be extended with several extra services.

Aktive Backup

The data of your server is being backupped daily to the FirstServed SAN (Storage Area Network). The integrity of your data is optimally guaranteed in case of a server crash of malicious removal of data. You obtain full control of the backup scheme we need to follow.

Service Levels

The standard service level FirstServed offers for each Dedicated Server already covers a lot of trouble and gives the necessary guarantees. If you would like even faster interventions and solutions, you will have the option of using two additional Service Levels.

Dedizierte Firewall

Extra security for critical applications may be obtained by installing a Dedicated Firewall. FirstServed will configure the firewall according to your personal demands.

Software licences

FirstServed may supply additional software licenses for your server at extremely interesting conditions. Our partner network of soft- and hardware suppliers and our certification as Microsoft Service Provider (SPLA) gives us the possibility to provide you with answers for most of your license questions.
